What about a banner's market shares or a brokers's average productivity? The statistics in our industry are grouped in such a way that a banner that had the 25 most productive brokers in Québec could hold one of the smallest market shares. That's not all. A company counting on the 5,000 least productive brokers could hold one of the largest market shares, if not the best. Does this make the company in the first example a worse company? Of course not!
